A one-dollar bill? Yes, take a one-dollar or five-dollar bill, both are 6.2’’ width.  Fold it from the width side, wrap the smaller part of your wrist with it. If the two ends of the bill touch each other in certain point or almost touch, your size is 6.5’’ (Small). if the ends don’t touch and the gap in between is half inch or less, your size is 7” (Medium).
